By using Steduno, you agree to these Terms. The app is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are below the age at which you can independently agree to digital-service terms where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use.
Steduno is a general habits, productivity, counting, To-Do, reminder, statistics, and reflection-prompt tool. It is not medical advice, a medical device, diagnosis, treatment, emergency service, or a substitute for qualified professional care. Do not rely on the app for safety-critical or emergency reminders.
You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app in accordance with these Terms and Google Play’s applicable terms. You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, distribute unauthorized copies, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits that activity.
Normal app functionality requires either an active Annual entitlement, a valid Lifetime entitlement, or authorized Google Play review access.
The Annual option is an auto-renewing subscription. Eligible new customers may receive a 10-day free trial when Google Play presents that offer. Before purchase, Google Play displays the exact localized price, taxes where applicable, billing period, trial eligibility, renewal date, and payment method. Unless cancelled before the trial or current billing period ends, Annual renews automatically at the price and frequency shown by Google Play.
Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable purchase granting ongoing Premium access to this Steduno app for the purchasing Google Play account while this app remains offered and supported. It includes ordinary updates to this app but does not promise separate future products, services, or an indefinite period of development or availability.
You can manage or cancel Annual through Google Play from the app’s Premium Access section. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally preserves access through the already paid period, subject to Google Play and applicable law. Buying Lifetime does not automatically cancel Annual. Purchases, refunds, revocations, payment failures, account holds, grace periods, and restoration are handled under Google Play’s applicable rules. Pending purchases do not unlock access until Google Play confirms payment.
If Annual access ends, the app retains local user data and permits backup export, but normal functions are locked and scheduled reminders are cancelled until valid access returns. Previously verified Annual access may remain available offline for up to seven days. Previously verified Lifetime access remains available offline on that installation; restoration after reinstalling or changing devices requires Google Play. Features may change where reasonably necessary for security, compatibility, legal compliance, or continued operation.
Reminder delivery can be affected by notification and exact-alarm permissions, alarm volume, Do Not Disturb, battery restrictions, force-stop behavior, operating-system changes, time settings, and manufacturer software. Timely or uninterrupted delivery is not guaranteed.
Your app data is primarily stored locally. You are responsible for maintaining exported backups that you wish to keep. Clearing app data, uninstalling, device failure, import replacement, or loss of a backup may permanently remove information. The publisher is not responsible for loss caused by actions or systems outside reasonable control, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Steduno and its original software, text, design, and graphics are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Bundled open-source fonts and components remain governed by their respective licenses and acknowledgements.
The app is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Access may be limited when required by law, Google Play purchase status, security needs, or material misuse of the app. You may stop using the app at any time and can delete local app data from Settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Albania. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections or dispute rights provided by the law of your country of residence.
These Terms may be updated when the service, legal requirements, or commercial terms change. A revised version will show a new effective date. Questions can be sent to support@steduno.com.
